We offer professional 3D scanning services backed by access to a wide range of metrology-grade blue laser 3D scanners. Our equipment allows us to scan parts and objects ranging from approximately 6 inches to 24 feet, making us capable of handling projects from small components to large industrial parts.

All 3D scanning services are performed through our partners at 3D Infotech, giving us access to advanced scanning and metrology capabilities for a wide variety of applications.

Depending on your project, we can provide a finished .STL mesh, or take your scan data a step further by creating a solid CAD model that can be used for design, engineering, manufacturing, reverse engineering, and other applications.

3D Printing Services

At BC3D Labs, we offer professional 3D printing and fabrication services using our Bambu Lab Printers, allowing us to produce high-quality parts, prototypes, functional components, models, and custom projects.

Our P2S features a 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume, high-speed printing, and multi-material capabilities. We are happy to provide multi-color and multi-material prints, making it possible to create everything from functional parts to detailed models and display pieces.

Have your own design? Send us your CAD model or STL and we'll handle the printing. Don't have a design? We can also create a custom model from your ideas, measurements, or reference material.

We can also combine our 3D scanning and 3D printing services to create accurate scale replicas of real-world objects. We can scan an existing part or object, create the necessary digital model, scale it to your desired size, and produce a finished 3D-printed replica.

Custom Woodworking & Fabrication

At BC3D Labs, we offer custom woodworking and fabrication services for both artistic projects and functional pieces. With our fabrication equipment and hands-on approach, we can create everything from custom signs, décor, and display pieces to unique functional projects.

We also enjoy combining different materials and manufacturing methods to create unique multimedia pieces. From incorporating resin into wood to combining wood with 3D-printed components, we're happy to explore creative ways to bring your ideas to life.
